   We match the specification to the right delivery partner from our network, partners we know personally and hold to a documented standard, vetted through portfolio, references, financial health and delivery track record. We structure the introduction and help shape the engagement, so the collaboration starts on solid ground.

4. 04Deliver.

   From here, the relationship is direct. You contract with the delivery partner on negotiated terms. Direct communication with the people doing the work.

5. 05Govern.

   We stay engaged after the handshake: regular check-ins, monitoring, escalation, and renewal. When both sides win real value, the relation lasts and lasting relations are our product.
