For more than 25 years I have advised owners, boards and management teams on strategy, governance and transactions, in technology, manufacturing and other industries, with impact in the DACH region, the wider EU, the United States and the Middle East. I have also served on supervisory boards, with a focus on governance and ownership transitions.
I founded Norevian on a belief: understanding comes before technology, and judgement before delivery.
